Six33 Props, LLC (based on Matthew 6:33 in the scriptures) was established as a Limited Liability Company in Scottsdale, Arizona 85254 on 11/27/2019. The company purchased its first single-family investment property in NJ, and also has a single-family rental property in Miramar, FL. My path to commercial real estate began in 2020, when I joined a mentorship program that teaches about apartment syndications, which led me to connect with my partners, culminating in the formation of our company, The Syndication Situation.
On a personal level, I graduated from Cornell University in 1983 and have worked as a model/actress for over 35 years. I shot the first women’s NIKE commercial and have had tear sheets in German ELLE. I have done numerous national commercials and had bit parts in movies such as “Any Given Sunday” with Jamie Foxx and Al Pacino “Holy Man” with Eddie Murphy and the “Beach Bum,” with Matthew McConaughey. I also was the creator and co-host of The Spill -a YouTube and radio talk show, and the author of a self- published memoir, entitled “Chasing Fool’s Gold- God’s Favor Through the Fog.” I am the mother of two children, a daughter -Shayla Simmons and son Hawathia Dominique Wilson.
Ryan Spikes's BIO
I enjoy a not-so-quiet life at home in Atlanta with my husband, Terrance, and four children ranging in age from 2 to 17. My husband and I are both native Atlantans who encourage our children to have a heart of service, prioritize family, and give back to their community. I give back to my community through my work and my active memberships in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the Atlanta Black Chambers. I am always motivated to be an example of success for my children to follow, and prioritize the importance of building generational wealth.
After earning my MBA at Aston University in the United Kingdom, I became the vice president and asset manager at Miripa Real Estate Company where I have managed over 5 million dollars in real estate assets.
Miripa Real Estate Company houses the following brands which I cultivated in the Metro Atlanta area:
- Miripa Properties that brings beauty to local neighborhoods by turning houses into homes and provides concierge expert realtor services.
- Welcome Home Properties which provides quality rental homes.
- Miripa Capital Partners, a syndication firm for passive multifamily investors that provides high annual returns.
- BRIC (The Black Realty and Investment Community) which offers education and networking opportunities to help Black communities build wealth brick by brick.
Raven Irby's BIO
South Carolina born and raised. I attended college at the University of South Carolina. After graduating college I moved to Atlanta where I began my professional career and later started work in commercial real estate. I love nature, hanging out with family & friends and great food.
I transitioned into real estate after a 6 year career in the Fintech credit card industry. As a paralegal I have learned how to effectively communicate and pay attention to details. Now, I utilize these same skills to serve the needs of my investment clients. I originally decided to pursue apartment syndication because I myself wanted to invest and know I can help on the operation side of the business. Since getting into the business, I have obtained a wealth of knowledge and continue to stay up to date on the southeast market so that I can provide our clients with the best service possible. As a co-producer of The Syndication Situation, I am motivated to educate others on the importance of real estate, wealth, community and mindset.
